It can be:
1- A recent copy of an electricity or water bill in your name, stating the address in detail
2- A bank statement mentioning the name and address in detail
If employed:
- Employment letter
- and Payroll slip or bank statement showing the last three salaries
If self-employed:
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Memorandum of Association
- Share Register
- Directors Register
- Certificate of Good Standing
- Business License
- Audit Financial Report
And any certificate you obtained after university study (If applicable/If any)
In addition to HIV testing
Mentioning your name, account number, and account opening date (and the balance in the account)
It has a final balance upon printing of $200,000 or more, or its equivalent in any currency.

The image should be 3 to 5 mm from the top edge, showing
a close-up of the applicant’s head, shoulders, and upper arms
The image must be clear, sharp, and in focus on a white background (no shadows should be visible)

Ears and hairline visible, hair tied back if necessary (an affidavit is required if a religious headdress is worn)
No earrings, glasses, or sunglasses
No sleeveless tops, and avoid light-coloured clothing on the shoulders (wear dark clothes)
