Company Investment

Invest in a new or established business through Latvia residency by business investment. You will receive a Latvia residence permit valid for up to two years, renewable as long as your investment remains active.

Minimum Investment:

  • Smaller companies: €50,000. Applies to businesses with up to 50 employees and an annual turnover or balance sheet of €10 million or less. The company must pay at least €40,000 in taxes annually.
  • Larger companies: €100,000. Applies to businesses with more than 50 employees or an annual turnover or balance sheet exceeding €10 million. The company must pay at least €100,000 in taxes annually.
  • State Fee: A one-off €10,000 contribution to the state budget applies to both options.
