Main Applicant

Passport Copy

A clear scan of the complete passport, from cover to cover

Birth Certificate

From the country in which you were born

ID copy

Copy of Driver License

Copy of Marriage Certificate

Proof of Address

It can be:
1- A recent copy of an electricity or water bill in your name, stating the address in detail
2- The lease agreement or title deed for the home in your name mentioning the address

Title deeds (Real Estate Assets)

A copy of the property title deeds in your name (If applicable/If any)

Copy of Trade License if you are a business owner or partner Or Employment Letter of You are Employee

If you are employed, the letter should be:
Addressed to: GOVERNMENT OF ST LUCIA It should mention your full name, passport number job title, monthly salary, and joining date

Original Police Certificate from Country of birth, citizenship and every country that you have lived in more than 6 months in the past 10 years

Copy of University Certificate (If any)

And any certificate you obtained after university study (If applicable/If any)

D3 Medical Form (For Medical Checkup, Signature and Stamp of the doctor)

In addition to the medical examinations:
HIV test
Blood test
Urine test

High Resolution digital Photo copy with the below specifications:

Size: US size (51 X 51 mm)
White Background Dark clothes / or dark Hijab
Both ears must be visible and no hair on the face Hair to the back and hairline showing Mouth closed and no teeth showing (No Smile)”Please review the above forms

From an accountant, a doctor, a general manager, or a lawyer
Please select the relevant person so we can send you the letter template

Original Bank Reference Letter

Mentioning your name, account number, and account opening date (and the balance in the account)

Original Bank Statement for 12 months

With a minimum final balance of $250,000 or its equivalent in any currency at the time of printing

Government forms for fingerprinting and signature
