Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to travel to St. Kitts to enrol?

No. You can enrol at an approved centre near you, including Dubai and Abu Dhabi, so most clients in the Gulf enrol locally. You can also enrol in St. Kitts itself if you prefer. We point you to the nearest centre and either help you book or give you what you need to book yourself.

Yes. You do not need to have obtained your citizenship through Karibi to enrol with us. As an Authorised Agent for St. Kitts and Nevis, we can handle your biometric enrolment regardless of which agent processed your original application. You appoint us as your agent for enrolment, and we take it from there.

We can issue your agent code, answer your questions, review your documents, or guide you through booking. Some clients want all of it, others just need the code. You choose how involved we are.

Once you send your details, your advisor sends your agent code and registration link and helps you find the earliest available slot. Booking early matters, because demand rises closer to the 31 July 2027 deadline.
