The St. Kitts and Nevis biometric enrolment programme is live. If your Citizenship by Investment passport was issued before 14 April 2026, you must enrol before 31 July 2027 to keep travelling on it.
Enrolment must go through an Authorised Agent. As an Authorised Agent for St. Kitts and Nevis, Karibi gives you as much help as you need, from just your agent code to handling the full process with you.

How Much Does Enrolment Cost?
The government fee is all-inclusive. It covers both your biometric enrolment and your upgraded passport, and is paid only on the official government platform when you book.

St. Kitts Biometric Passport Updates (Effective 1 September 2026)
The St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship Unit has combined the passport renewal and biometric enrolment into a single, seamless process for Citizenship by Investment passport holders. Here is what the new system means for you:
- Simplified Documents: Printed passport photographs and police reports are no longer required for standard renewals (police reports are only needed if your passport is lost or stolen). Your digital biometric photograph captured at the enrolment centre will be used instead.
- New Requirement: A signed and notarised Recommender Form must now be submitted digitally along with your application.
- Passport Collection & Delivery: Passports are produced and dispatched solely through the Passport Office in St. Kitts and cannot be collected at Embassies. As your Authorised Agent, Karibi will collect your new St. Kitts biometric passport on your behalf and securely deliver it to you, along with a signed letter from the Ministry of National Security.
- Processing Timeline: Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for passport printing, counted from the date you complete your biometric enrolment appointment.

No. You can complete biometric enrolment at an authorised collection centre near you, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, London, Jeddah, Washington D.C., and other global locations. Enrolment in St. Kitts is also available if preferred. Karibi directs you to the nearest centre and handles your booking process.
