The official checklist of required documents to prepare your application file for Saint Lucia Citizenship.

Main Applicant

Passport Copy

A clear scan of the complete passport, from cover to cover

Birth Certificate

From the country in which you were born

National ID copy

Marriage Certificate

We will need the original later

Proof of Address

It can be:
1- A recent copy of an electricity or water bill in your name, stating the address in detail
2- A bank statement mentioning your name and address in detail
3- A hospital or doctor’s invoice mentioning the name and address in detail
4- A letter of employment from the company (if employed) mentioning the address
5- The lease agreement or title deed for the home in your name mentioning the address

Copy of Trade License if you are a business owner or partner Or Employment Letter of You are Employee

If you are employed, the letter should be: Addressed to: GOVERNMENT OF ST LUCIA It should mention your full name, passport number job title, monthly salary, and joining date

Original Police Certificate from Country of birth, citizenship and every country that you have lived in more than 6 months in the past 10 years

Copy of University Certificate (If any)

And any certificate you obtained after university study (If applicable/If any)

Original Bank Reference Letter

Mentioning your name, account number, and account opening date (and the balance in the account)

Digital Photo

Key requirements (important to avoid rejection)

Photo size: 51 x 51 mm / (Equivalent: 2 × 2 inches)
Full face, centered, neutral expression (no teeth showing), both ears must be visible, and no hair on the face, hair to the back and hairline showing
White background
Color photo, dark clothes or dark Hijab (black & white not accepted), taken within the last 6 months
No hats or glasses (except religious reasons)
Usually 12 photos required (more for CBI files)
