Main Applicant

Passport Copy

A clear scan of the complete passport, from cover to cover

Birth Certificate

From the country in which you were born

National ID copy

Copy of Marriage Certificate

Proof of Address

It can be:
1- A recent copy of an electricity or water bill in your name, stating the address in detail
2- A bank statement mentioning the name and address in detail

Proof of the source of funds and income:

If employed:

Employment letter
and Payroll slip or bank statement showing the last three salaries

If self-employed:

Certificate of Incorporation
Memorandum of Association
Share Register
Directors Register
Certificate of Good Standing
Business License
Audit Financial Report

Original Police Certificate from Country of birth, citizenship and every country that you have lived in more than 6 months in the past 10 years

Copy of University Certificate (If any)

And any certificate you obtained after university study (If applicable/If any)

Form 4 Medical Form (For Medical Checkup, Signature and Stamp of the doctor)

In addition to HIV testing

Original Bank Reference Letter

Mentioning your name, account number, and account opening date (and the balance in the account)

Bank Statement for 12 months

It has a final balance upon printing of $200,000 or more, or its equivalent in any currency.

Military records

(Applicable if you served in the armed forces.)

Key requirements (important to avoid rejection)

Photo size: 35 x 45 mm / (Equivalent: 1.38 × 1.77 inches)
Full face, centered, neutral expression (no teeth showing), both ears must be visible, and no hair on the face, hair to the back and hairline showing
White background
Color photo, dark clothes or dark Hijab (black & white not accepted), taken within the last 6 months
No hats or glasses (except religious reasons)
Usually 12 photos required (more for CBI files)
